Whether you're planning an intimate weekday elopement or a full weekend celebration with loved ones, our goal is to give you the time, space, and setting to celebrate in a way that feels meaningful to you.

All of our packages include thoughtful features to make your experience smooth and meaningful, from complimentary getting-ready suites to time for photos and setup. Each option is clearly laid out to help you choose what fits best.

Ready to make it official?

All packages will include the following (except for Intimate Experience Package)

Free guided tour of the property before you book
Free 1-hour engagement session (weekday)
Affordable venue rental with flexible packages to suit your needs
Freedom to choose two locations from our four distinct settings for your ceremony and/or reception, with the option to use multiple spaces (additional fee applies for more than two spaces)
Indoor and outdoor options available for both ceremony and reception
Tables and chairs included for up to 150 guests
Accessible restrooms available to support all your guests comfortably
Complimentary use of the Bridal Suite and Groom Suite for preparations
Exclusive use of the property—only one event per day, so the entire venue is yours (except for the Intimate Experience Package)
On-site accommodations available as an optional add-on ($400 for 1 night or $700 for 2 nights)
Spacious parking area for your guests’ convenience
Wi-Fi available for vendors and guests
Evangeline Acres staff assistance during planning and on the day of your event for venue-related needs
