Weddings aren’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are our offerings. At Evangeline Acres, we understand that every couple’s story is different. That’s why we’ve created a range of wedding packages to fit a variety of dreams, timelines, and guest lists.

Whether you're planning an intimate weekday elopement or a full weekend celebration with loved ones, our goal is to give you the time, space, and setting to celebrate in a way that feels meaningful to you.

All of our packages include thoughtful features to make your experience smooth and meaningful, from complimentary getting-ready suites to time for photos and setup. Each option is clearly laid out to help you choose what fits best.

We’ve gathered the essentials to help make your day smooth, meaningful, and truly yours. Every booking at Evangeline Acres includes thoughtful amenities that support both your vision and your peace of mind.

Ready to make it official?

All packages include the following:

Free guided tour of the property before you book
Venue rental starting at $750, with flexible and affordable packages to suit your needs
Freedom to choose two locations from our four distinct settings for your ceremony and/or reception and an option to use multiple spaces
Indoor and outdoor options available for both ceremony and reception
Tables and chairs included for up to 200 guests (25 for intimate celebrations) and limited in-house decors are free to use
Accessible restrooms are available to support all your guests comfortably
Complimentary use and early access of The Bridal Suite and The Groom Suite for preparations (from 7am onwards)
Exclusivity – only one event per day, so the entire property is yours
On-site overnight accommodations available (included in select packages or as an optional add-on)
Spacious parking area for your guests’ convenience
Wi-Fi available for vendor and guest use
Evangeline Acres staff assistance during planning and on the day of your event for venue-related needs

SATURDAY WEDDINGS

Saturday Venue Rental
Standard Rate: $3,500
Prime Rate: $4,500*

Venue access on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
1-hour engagement session (weekday)

Thursday – Saturday Rental
Standard Rate: $5,500
